Tiffany Granger
Senior Government Affairs Associate
Tiffany Granger serves as Senior Government Affairs Associate at Capital Impact Group (CIG), and brings experience in public affairs, communications, government relations, education, and community-centered advocacy in New Jersey. Prior to joining CIG, she gained experience at a public affairs firm where she supported legislative monitoring, advocacy efforts, and strategic communications. Previously, she also served as a specialist in Newark’s charter school system, where she advocated for students and families and gained firsthand insight into how policy shapes opportunity.
She completed her Master of Public Policy at Rutgers University’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, where she focused on government relations, political advocacy, and policy communication. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Pre-Law concentration from Hampton University.
In her role at CIG, Tiffany supports clients through legislative tracking, policy research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications, helping them navigate New Jersey’s political and regulatory landscape.
